The story of Branson Premier is the Lord’s story. In the summer of 1992, the Lord brought together a young boy from Dallas, Texas, and a young girl from Little Rock, Arkansas. Mandy and Matt grew up with humble backgrounds and brought nothing into the marriage except a love for Jesus and each other. Like all marriages, they had much to learn, but by God’s grace, they were married for thirty years and had three boys, John David, Jordan, and James. During those thirty years, the Lord gifted them the ability to create, build, and operate businesses. 

During a family road trip in the summer of 2017, they visited Branson, Missouri. They were stunned by the area’s natural beauty, family values, and strong community bonds. Soon afterwards, they experienced a spiritual draw to the area, eventually leading them to create the seed for a vacation rental business. By God’s grace, they took their same talents and applied them to a new industry and began to find success. In 2023, their lives took an unexpected turn when the Lord called Mandy home after battling cancer for a brief season. Despite the pain of being temporarily separated from Mandy, her sons and their spouses felt a strong sense to keep the legacy alive. Today, Mandy and Matt’s youngest son, James, and his wife, Cynthia, are the brains behind Branson Premier. Matt provides the day-to-day coaching as the board’s chairman, but his full-time job is serving the Lord’s church as a pastor.
