Our cottages were the original units on the resort. They are older, but are newly updated with new floors, decking and much more. Even with the updates, we still offer them at a “cost friendly” rate. You will have a great vacation and enjoy all the incredible amenities at a price well under that of our luxury units. This is a split-level home with steps at the entrance. Upstairs leads you to the dining room (seating for 6), living room, kitchen, and Queen Master bedroom. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything you could need for making a great meal. Outside the living room is a 12x24 deck with a 6 person patio dining set and a view of our cove. The Master bedroom has an attached bath with granite counter tops and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the four downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a full over queen custom made log bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms downstairs have patio doors that walk out to an 8x16 patio with a view of the cove. The laundry room is located at the bottom of the stairs.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Mon, Mon–Sat, Sat–Sat)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
