There is a full size bathroom in the hall for these two guestrooms.

The lower level has another full kitchen and living room, a queen guestroom and another with 2 queens. There is also a laundry room and full bathroom. You'll find views of the lake on this level as well.

We've put a pool table and ping pong table in the garage for some extra entertainment. For water enthusiasts, kayaks and canoes await at your doorstep, providing hours of fun on the serene waters. Booking Rules – Please Read Before Reserving
These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August

• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK

• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)

• 2-night stays allowed on any night in off season
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:

• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
