Our 9-bedroom/9-bathroom Branson vacation home overlooking Table Rock Lake was built specifically for large groups and families, comfortably sleeping up to 30 guests, all in beds, no sofa sleepers.

The views from the 12’ x 40’ covered deck are awesome, with a sectional seating and two large tables and plenty of chairs!

There is also a 12’ x 40’ back patio with hot tub and dining table with seating and ping pong table.

IDEAL FOR FAMILIES & LARGE GROUPS

Our house caters to all ages. We have the big screen TV’s, Free high-speed Wi-Fi, private hot tub, arcade game with over 100 games, pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard for the whole family. We also have highchairs and pack and plays to make traveling and vacationing with young children easier for families. A beautiful community pool (open mid-May to early September) built exclusively for Chateau Cove is just a few minutes-walk from the front door. There is also a brand-new indoor pool opening Memorial Weekend 2020.

LOCATION

Chateau Cove is just minutes away from all the excitement Branson has to offer and is conveniently located off HWY 265 just 1 mile from Chateau on the Lake Resort, 2.5 miles from The Famous Branson 76 Strip, and 6.5 miles from Silver Dollar City! The State Park Marina is only 4 miles away.

ENTERTAINMENT/GAME ROOM

Watch the big game or stream your favorite shows or movies to any of the smart TVs in the house, including the big screen in the Game Room (75”). Enjoy some healthy competition with shuffleboard, foosball or pool tournaments. We also have an arcade in the game room, so there truly is something for everyone. On the lower deck there is a ping pong table.

KITCHENS & DINING ROOM

The well-stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare and enjoy meals with your large group.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with an island, place settings for 30 guests, pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, toasters, blender, crock pot, and double appliances (two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and one range).

The dining room has two 8’ long tables and island seating with additional seating in the great room and out on the deck.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

All our bedrooms have carefully selected top-grade Sterns & Foster mattresses, sheets, and bedding.

MAIN FLOOR: 

• Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a day bed with a trundle bed, night stands, dresser, closet, TV, and bathroom.
• Bedroom #2 has a king bed, night stands, dresser, closet, TV, and handicap accessible bathroom.
• Bunk room (#3) has two triple bunks, closet, and a bathroom across the hall.

LOWER LEVEL 

• Bedroom #4 has a king bed, dresser, closet, TV, and bathroom.
• Bedroom #5 has a king bed, dresser, closet, TV, and bathroom.
• Bedroom #6 has a king bed, dresser closet, TV and bathroom.
• Bedroom room #7 has a king bed, closet, TV and bathroom.

• Bedroom #8 has a king bed, a day bed, nightstands, TV, and bathroom.
• Bedroom #9 has a king bed, a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom with a twin
  on top, nightstands, TV, and a bathroom.
• On the landing, there is an additional twin with trundle bed

The deck is 12’ x 40’ with amazing Table Rock Lake and sunset views!

There are two large patio tables with plenty of seating. There are also comfortable chairs to enjoy the view in.
