It's time to get away!  Timber Trails North is a 4 bedroom/4 bath that sleeps 13 located in the amazing resort community of StoneBridge.  This gated community has gorgeous Ozark Mountain Views and is one of the top developments in the Branson area.  Plus you are so close to the 76 Strip and Silver Dollar City!! If you happen to need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails South, right next door.  With these two duplicate properties, you could have a total of 8 bedrooms!

Beginning March of 2023, $5 per car is charged for anyone renting a lodge in Stonebridge resort. This will be paid upfront at the Welcome Center upon check in.

In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site!! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volley ball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away.

*Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.*

Construction is still ongoing in the resort. Construction will not prevent access to the lodge or amenities.  Please be aware there will be construction noise.

IN HOME AMENITIES

You have three king bedrooms with a 4th bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and a sofa sleeper in this room too. You also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has its own bath. One of the bathrooms is ADA compliant and there are no steps into our home and no steps in the home, all on one level.

This home is decked out with all you will need for this special getaway:  The open kitchen/living room floor plan provides dining seating for 12. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs.

For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, cable TV, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck .

For the children, a pack and play and high chair are provided.

The over-the-top amazing part of our home is the outdoor living space located on the back deck. This spacious deck is separated into three sections. Each master suite has its own sliding glass door that goes out to this outdoor area. One section of the deck is set up with a table with 6 chairs for eating and playing games. One section has the hot tub. The final section has an outdoor TV and fireplace, a couch, two chairs and table, and is screened. There is a large charcoal grill in front of the home.  Views are of the gorgeous Ozark Mountains.  The property is located near the community pool and Fox Hollow lake, the best place for relaxing and really enjoying the outdoors.
