The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls and a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling river rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake!

The two upstairs master suites have king size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the pool and lake. In between the two masters, is a full-size quality washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

The two guest bedrooms on the main level have queen size beds and share a full-size Jack & Jill style bathroom. There is also a half bath in the hall.

In the lower level walkout basement, the family can kick back and watch a movie in the incredible theater room with stadium seating and 8 reclining seats. Pop in a DVD or log into your favorite account on the big screen, ROKU tv. Around the corner, there is a bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk bed. A sliding glass door leads to the screened in patio where you can enjoy the view of the lake or pool in a bug-free environment. The large, oversized bathroom with dual vanity is located in the hall. The downstairs living area also has an additional entertainment media room with a 55” flat panel smart tv, a full-size pool table, and top-quality sectional queen sleeper sofa.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
