The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls and a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling river rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake!

The two upstairs master suites have king size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the pool and lake. In between the two masters, is a full-size quality washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

The two guest bedrooms on the main level have queen size beds and share a full-size Jack & Jill style bathroom. There is also a half bath in the hall.

In the lower-level walkout basement, the family can kick back and watch a movie in the incredible theater room with stadium seating and 8 reclining seats. Pop in a DVD or log into your favorite account on the big screen, ROKU tv. Around the corner, there is a bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk bed. A sliding glass door leads to the screened in patio where you can enjoy the view of the lake or pool in a bug-free environment. The large, oversized bathroom with dual vanity is located in the hall. The downstairs living area also has an additional entertainment media room with a 55” flat panel smart tv, a full-size pool table, and top-quality sectional queen sleeper sofa.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
