He fished every day he could grow up, so he was never involved in school sports. He would work out with his friends, but that was after dark — and after he had worked at his parents’ shop for a couple of hours.
He officially obtained his guide license in 2006, initially just to offset the costs of his outdoor endeavors. All his friends were guides with nice boats, and they told him that if he wanted a nice boat, he would have to guide! Amid all of life’s activities, he hopes to pass on his passion for the outdoors and his gratitude for every opportunity to enjoy it.
