The Space

We've refreshed and upgraded the interior, creating a modern yet comfortable space. You'll appreciate the lived-in warmth and unique character that only an established property can offer, all while enjoying the amenities you need for a truly relaxing stay. Your exceptional experience is our top priority!
Guest Access
Enjoy a seamless and private arrival! There's no need to check in with anyone. You'll receive a unique smart lock code via email two days before your check-in, allowing you direct, easy access to the condo. For your privacy, please note that owner's closets in both condos are inaccessible to guests.

We've outfitted our condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay:
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King-size bed with a brand new memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom: King-size bed.
Kids' Nook: Full-over-full bunk beds with new memory foam mattresses (designed for children 14 and under, top bunk has a 150lb weight limit for safety).
All bedrooms have Roku Smart TVs and Rokus (enjoy free streaming channels even without subscriptions!).
We provide mattress and pillow protectors on all beds, luggage racks, and a Pack n Play in the master closet.
Nightstands with lamps and convenient USB charging ports are in every bedroom.
Bathrooms (2 Full):
Both bathrooms feature tubs and showers.
Stocked with a hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and dedicated make-up towels.
Living Room:
Cozy up on comfortable couches and chairs.
Enjoy entertainment on the large Smart TV.
Relax by the inviting electric fireplace.
Kitchen & Dining:
A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
Dining table with seating for 7.
Start your day right with our Keurig K-Duo coffee machine, complete with complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, K-Cups, and filters.
A starter kit of dishwashing pods and paper towels is provided.
Conveniences:
Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
High-efficiency washer and dryer with a starter kit of laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
Outdoors & Parking
Patio: Step out onto your private patio, complete with comfortable furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Community Pool: Take a refreshing dip in the community outdoor pool, open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool towels are conveniently located above the washer and dryer.
Free Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis directly in the lot. During peak season (March-December), the lot can get busy, so we highly recommend limiting vehicles to two if possible. Overflow parking can be found in designated construction areas and on the street.
Other Things to Note About the Complex
As part of a lively, multi-level condominium complex, you may occasionally hear typical living sounds like footsteps or general noise from neighboring units. This is a normal part of condo living, and we appreciate your understanding as you enjoy your stay. We strive to provide a peaceful environment, but some ambient noise from the surrounding area is to be expected.
