All About Vintage Paris Coffee

Just minutes from Branson, in Hollister, MO, you’ll find Vintage Paris, a locally owned—and loved—coffee shop and roastery that runs on more than caffeine.
Everything about it is warm and welcoming, from the freshly brewed coffee and tea to the cozy couches and peaceful background music. The eclectic atmosphere feels more like a friend’s living room than your typical cafe, giving you the perfect place to settle in, read a book, or play a board game. With plenty of seating inside and out—not to mention a scenic overlook with postcard-worthy views—it’s a go-to spot to connect with family and friends.
How Vintage Paris Puts Love in Every Cup

Vintage Paris really is the picture of heart and community in the Branson area. This coffee and wine cafe is owned and operated by Matt and Jessica Farmer, who bought the cafe back in 2012. It’s extra special to them because they met, got engaged, and even married there. Now, they’re spreading that love to everyone they can. Matt works full-time as a nurse so the café can stay a non-profit, while Jessica is a full-time mom to their two kids.
At Vintage Paris, kindness and connection trump sales. It’s the kind of place that won’t hesitate to make that cup “on the house,” if you’re having a bad day. And when every cup sold goes back into supporting others, it’s a place you’ll always feel good about visiting.
What’s on the Menu at Vintage Paris

Vintage Paris uses light-roasted coffee with a particular flavor profile. In this case, a bright, flavorful, and fruity flavor that Matt describes as “really refreshing.”
That light flavor is the perfect base for a fun latte—like the Birdcage, featuring chocolate, raspberry, and lavender notes. But there are plenty of other coffee creations at the espresso bar, like traditional espresso, cappuccino, mocha, and americano. There’s also a great selection of slow bar coffees, including pour-over and French press options.
The main draw at Vintage Paris is obviously their great coffee, but they also have a great selection of loose-leaf teas, wine, cider, Italian sodas, beer, and hot chocolate. And, like any good coffee shop, there’s a small assortment of baked goods when you need a snack, like a pastry, brownie, or even a peanut butter protein ball!
Vintage Paris Reviews
Is this little coffee shop in Hollister, Missouri, worth a detour from Branson’s main drag? With 4.8 stars on Google, we certainly think so. But here’s what some recent patrons have to say about it.
“What a great find! Awesome coffee, excellent service, and a beautiful view of Branson.” – Marge R.
“Such a lovely place, so much harmony and delicious treats. The staff were very sweet and welcoming.” – Mildred L.
“Yummy coffee with SO many fun fall flavor options! And the seating indoors and outdoors is super fun. Plus, with the scenic overlook across the road, you absolutely cannot beat the view!” – Stephanie B.
“This place is great! Definitely a spot I would frequent as a local. They have a nice pastry/dessert assortment, and the honey lavender latte I had was one of the best I’ve had anywhere. I also liked seeing that they host a number of events, including trivia, live music, movies, and more.” – Aaron S.
“Adorable little place with great coffee and a great view. As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I made a 20-minute trek here twice during our short trip after being disappointed with all the overly sweet and meh coffee options on the main Branson strip. The coffees are well-balanced and use good-quality coffee and syrup. I appreciated the “surprise” latte where the barista mixes up something interesting for you.” – Jessi H.
Our Experience at Vintage Paris
Our visit to Vintage Paris was as warm and welcoming as expected. We loved the cafe’s charming exterior and the epic view right outside. However, our conversation with Matt was the highlight, and we could clearly see his love for the community and Vintage Paris as he told us how it came to be what it is today.
Of course, as avid coffee lovers, we couldn’t wait to dive into a steaming cup of Joe, so Matt immediately set us up with a delicious treat.
The Napoleon latte is the most popular item on the menu, featuring dark chocolate, caramel, and vanilla, mixed with espresso and topped with steamed milk and micro-foam. It was flawlessly brewed with such a good balance of flavor, and we had no problem draining it to the last drop.
But we weren’t done! Matt also recommended the Van Gogh, a dreamy iced latte with lavender and honey that tasted perfectly Parisian, if you ask us!
The best part is that everything is brewed to order. So if you order a chai tea, don’t expect it to come from a box. The barista will brew it specially for you right on the spot, and even customize the sweetness levels to ensure you enjoy every sip.

With such a great variety of drinks and comfortable seating areas, we’ll definitely be driving down to Hollister a bit more often to swing by. And if you love good coffee and good company, you’ll want to do the same.
