Our Woodhaven model has 7 bedrooms / 6.5 bathrooms with 5 king en-suites. End your day with a view of the sunset on Table Rock Lake. You’ll enjoy the clean lines, natural light, and functional furnishings in this modern design. Located on the upper tier of the resort, the firepits, shuffleboard and mini golf are right across the drive and it’s a short walk to the clubhouse and pool.

This Modern style lake house is a three-level home with a full walkout basement. The large living room with comfortable, modern furnishings and an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining room is the perfect place to gather with friends or family while you share the days lake adventures. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a great meal in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The large central island is the perfect place to prep, gather, eat and chat. There’s room for 6-8 at the dining room table, 3 at the island and two tables for 6 on the screened in deck just off the dining room. There’s also a covered deck with comfortable furniture. The spacious King en-suite on this level has a gorgeous bathroom with a large soaker tub to relax in. The laundry room, with an extra fridge, is also on this level along with a half bath in the hall just off the kitchen.

The upper level is made up of 2 more beautiful king en-suites and a king guestroom with a futon that could accommodate a couple of little ones.

For some family fun, move to the lower level for a shuffleboard tournament in the family/game room. Two of the bedrooms on this level are king en-suites. The third one has a full over queen bunk bed with a full bathroom in the hallway. There’s a covered patio and private hot tub just outside.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat-Tues or Wed, Tues or Wed-Sat, Sat-Sat)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
