Welcome to our 4 Bed/3.5 Bath Luxury Villa E on pristine Table Rock Lake. We are certain you will find this two-story villa to be the perfect vacation home for your family. This villa is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need. It’s also conveniently located within a 2 min walk to the shoreline of the lake and is right next to the pool entrance.

• We supply the basics, like shampoo, soaps, detergents and a roll of paper towels.
The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls with a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake and the incredible infinity pool!
The two upper-level Master suites have king-size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view of the lake. In between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
Outside the two Master suites is a loft with a futon suitable for a couple of children that don’t want to be too far from Mom and Dad. There is also a 42” TV.
One guest bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. The other has a full over queen bunk bed. These guestrooms share a Jack and Jill style full bath. There is also a half bath in the hall.
Right off the main living area is a large patio where you can enjoy gorgeous views of the lush landscaping, the beautiful infinity pool and lazy river. Make smores right on your patio in the outdoor, wood burning, free standing old time stone fireplace. We’ll even supply the roasting sticks!

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.
Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Tues, Tues–Sat, Sat–Sat)
SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
