You won’t miss a thing from here! This villa is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your family vacation. It’s also conveniently located within a 1 min walk to the shoreline of the lake and is right across from the playground!! This is a three-level home with a full walkout basement.

The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls with a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake!
The two upper-level master suites have king-size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the lake and pool. In between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
The two guest bedrooms on the main level have queen beds and share a Jack and Jill style full bath. There is also a half bath in the hall.
On the lower walkout basement level, there is a full bath in the hall and two more bedrooms. One is a HUGE BUNK ROOM furnished with two full-over-queen bunk beds. You can sleep up to 8 people just in this bedroom alone! The second bedroom has a king size bed and a sliding glass door leading to the screened in patio. Enjoy the views of the lake or the incredible pool in a bug-free environment. The downstairs living area has an awesome Entertainment media room with a 55 flat panel smart TV, a full-size pool table and top-quality sectional queen sleeper.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.
Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)
SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
