The moment you walk up to the home you will be greeted by two massive custom Balinese style entry doors. As you enter the home, you will find an abundance of natural light that creates a peaceful environment ideal for any holiday relaxation. Immediately to your left, you will be welcomed by a large solid travertine stone curved staircase, 25 ft ceilings, a coral stone water feature, Brazilian Cherry Hardwood floors with an exquisite dining room with seating for twelve that would rival the fanciest restaurant dining table and chairs you have ever seen. Make your way past the main foyer and find the enormous living area graced with a floor to ceiling Floridian Coral stone gas fireplace and super-comfy furniture that will make you not ever want to leave!

You'll want to put your culinary skills to the test in this home's spacious, state of the art Gourmet Chef's dream kitchen outfitted with only the best appliances including Sub Zero Fridge and Freezer, professional Viking 6- burner gas stove, Viking double ovens and appliances and a pantry large enough to hold three months worth of groceries. Spread out your incredible feast on the solid granite countertops with plenty of room to spare. This kitchen will spoil the best of the best and would probably even make Paula Deen envious. There are two other eating areas next to the kitchen, an informal dining area that seats 8-10 and a smaller dining table for six. Just outside the patio doors is a covered lanai that has quality outdoor furniture and a large round table with built in lazy Susan sufficient for 10 more guests.

One of the best highlights of the Bella Vista Estate is the incredible resort style private indoor heated custom pool and hot tub. The enormous solarium that the pool resides in is attached to the main home and protected by electronic entry doors that keep the little ones safe and give you the peace of mind you deserve. The huge array of see-through patio doors and the massive skylights 25ft above will provide the much needed natural sunlight. The pool decking is a one of a kind Floridian coral stone patio which sets it apart from all others. The 2500 sq ft solarium has plenty of room for all the guests staying at the home and is comprised of a Tiki Bar area and outdoor furniture. The adults and kiddos will create everlasting memories of the fun and enjoyment that the indoor pool area provides during your stay.

The fun continues in the huge walkout basement area with full-size pool table, ping-pong
table, basketball pop-a-shot, foosball, indoor shuffleboard table and a video game room that will keep the kids entertained for the rest of the evening. As the kids play until their heart's content on the games downstairs, the adults can watch a top rated flick in the state of the art Theater room with a huge projection screen, quality leather recliners and professional Dolby surround sound speaker system.

It just keeps getting better, because, on those warm and sunny days, you can venture outside on the meandering path that leads you to the full-size private tennis court/basketball courts. When you're not taking advantage of all this home has to offer, take a short stroll down to the lake for swimming and fishing! Walk down to the edge of this magnificent 9-acre property and less than one block away awaits the beautiful shoreline of TABLE ROCK LAKE. You can swim, relax or bring your fishing gear and catch you a largemouth bass to cook in the chef's dream kitchen. Or better yet, to further explore this pristine lake, take a short drive over to the State Park Marina for all your lakeside activity needs! Rent a speedboat, pontoon, deck boat, and wave runners and explore this pristine lake in style!

The Bella Vista has 10 Bedrooms and 9 1/2 Bathrooms. There are two extremely spacious master suites on the south wing with private verandas and great views of Table Rock Lake. There are two other spacious masters on the north wing, one with a King size bed and the other a Queen. The basement has two massive bunk rooms that will sleep 8 in each room. There are two other Queen size bedrooms in the newly remodeled downstairs area.

• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Sunday (e.g., Sun–Thurs, Thurs–Sun, Sun–Sun)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK

• 7-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together

(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)

• 2-night stays allowed on during weekdays
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:

• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
