Villa 19A is a beautifully decorated, 6 bedroom, 5 ½ bath villa on the lower tier of the resort and is full of charm and character with its modern, rustic décor. It’s the closest villa to the dock and lake. You will enjoy lake views from every level and a bit more privacy than the upper tier units.

The main level living area has high vaulted ceilings with a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling wood fireplace (electric), complete with plenty of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake! The floorplan is open to the large dining area and gourmet kitchen allowing everyone to be together. Mealtime is a breeze in this kitchen, fully stocked with just about any cooking utensil you could need. There’s seating for 8-10 at the dining table and 3 more at the island. There is also a table for 6 on the deck.

It’s pure comfort in the two upper-level en-suites with king-size beds. Each suite has a full bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the lake. In between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

On the main level are two more guest rooms. One has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen. They share a Jack-n-Jill style full bath. There is also a half bath in the hall.

On the lower walkout basement level, there is a full bath in the hall and two more bedrooms. One is a HUGE BUNK ROOM furnished with two full-over-queen bunk beds. You can sleep up to 8 kids just in this bedroom alone! The second bedroom is another King suite with a private bath and a sliding glass door leading to the screened-in patio. Enjoy the views of the lake in a bug-free environment. The downstairs living area has an awesome entertainment/media room with a 55” flat panel smart TV, foosball table and top-quality sectional queen sleeper. You can also access the screened-in patio from the living room.

If you have a very large group (up to 34) you can rent the other side of this duplex-style villa. Villa 19B is a 5 bedroom villa that you can access via lock-out doorways on the main level and lower level stairway landings.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
