Our Paradise Peak lodge #6 has 6 bedrooms / 6.5 bathrooms with 5 King en-suites and 1 large Bunkroom en-suite. Cozy and stylish, yet extremely spacious, this modern farmhouse is the perfect retreat for your large family. This middle tier unit is a great choice, with nice lake views and right next to the infinity pool.

This Modern Farmhouse is a three-level home with a full walkout basement. Practical, comfortable furniture adorns the large living room on the main level. Large windows shroud the entire home in sunlight giving it a light and airy feeling. Our homes were built with large families in mind. In this open concept floorplan, the family can feel together even while the kids are playing by the television, dinner is being prepared in the gourmet kitchen, and emails are being sent from the dining table. Your guests can mix and mingle in all the common areas of the home, wandering to and from space to space without ever leaving the conversation. You also won’t feel trapped in the kitchen! Gather around the large kitchen island where you’ll find everything you could possibly need to prepare great meals. The top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances will make mealtime a breeze. There’s room for 8-10 at the dining room table, 3 at the island, and an outdoor table with seating for 10 on the screened in deck just off the dining room. There’s also a covered deck with comfortable furniture where you can relax and enjoy the view. The gorgeous King en-suite on this level has a beautiful bathroom with a custom, walk-in shower and a large soaker tub to unwind in. The laundry room, with an extra fridge, is also on this level along with a half bath in the hall just off the kitchen.


The upper level is made up of 3 more beautiful king en-suites. Smart TVs and luxury bedding in all 3 rooms.

The lower-level living room is another large space for the family to gather. The shuffleboard table will be a great source of fun! This level has a king en-suite and a bunkroom. The bunkroom can sleep up to 8, so it’s perfect if you have a group of kids, or perhaps just a family that wants their own space. It has 2 full over queen bunk beds and an attached full bathroom. If you need some extra sleeping space, the queen sleeper sofa in the living room is ideal for a couple of kids. There’s a covered patio and private hot tub just outside.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

The villa was beautiful and perfect in every way. We have rented 6 bedroom houses and condos across the country for our family vacations and this is definitely on the top of our list. The pools, the lake and all the activities included were great. We did everything. We were a family of 7 adults and 2 kids. One of our kids is special needs and requires total quiet to sleep. As large and roomy as it was, it was also very quiet in the bedrooms. We totally enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen table, sitting in the hot tub and on the decks and our little guy slept soundly. Everyone voted to return.

If you are looking for a 5-star rated vacation spot for the entire family look no further. Serenity Shores has it all and it was pure delight from booking to check-out. Tablerock Lake has been a family favorite for years based on its clean water, quiet coves and uncrowded waterways. To find a home with the amenities offered this complex would be tough to beat. We are a family of 17 with ages from 2 months to 66 years. There was truly something for everyone. The homes are spacious, clean, well stocked with beautiful views. The bedrooms were good sized and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was a breeze for meal preparation and plenty of seating for all of us to sit. The expansive deck with lake views comes complete with rockers and propane grill. What was most appealing are the amenities. Two swimming pools (the larger one is for all ages), arcade, minature golf, horseshoes, fire-pits with wood, shuffleboard, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, bikes, boat rentals of all kinds, and fishing from the dock to name a few. The golf carts for each unit are an added plus as the terrain is quite steep and it made for easier transportation. I will say when they developed Serenity Shores they thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and worrisome free, including the parking in front of your unit for 5 cars. Can not wrap up this review without mentioning the bagged ice machine at your disposal. As the title of this review says "we did not want to leave" and wished we had booked a few more days. It truly exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Serenity Shores. We enjoyed the beautiful pools, the dock and lake were awesome, the mini golf, basketball courts, shuffleboard, firepit areas were fun. The house we stayed in was awesome and had everything we needed for our stay. Lance and Lysa were fantastic host and hostesses. They were always there to help. We enjoyed the boat and tube, the pizza party and game night. I will put Serenity Shores on my list as a very enjoyable family vacation. We will be back!!!

Guest cancels 90 days prior to arrival, and a full refund will be issued, less a $100 cancellation fee. If the guest cancels less than 90 days prior to arrival, a 20% cancellation fee will be incurred on the reservation amount. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit the full payments made.
