Welcome to our 5 Bedroom/3 bath Lakefront Cottage #9 on Table Rock Lake. This cottage is very recently updated with new windows, doors, flooring and much more, but still an affordable lakefront destination. It has a lake view and is right in the middle of the resort, close to everything. We know you will find this home a great value and a place to have fun and relax with family and friends in the quiet Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, but just a short drive away from a wide array of Branson entertainment.

Our cottages were the original units on the resort. They are older, non-luxury units, allowing us to offer them at a “cost friendly” rate. The cottages have just been newly updated. You will have a great vacation and enjoy all the incredible amenities at a price well under that of our luxury units. This is a split-level home with steps at the entrance. Upstairs leads you to the dining room (seating for 6), living room, kitchen, and Queen Master bedroom. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything you could need for making a great meal. Outside the living room is a 12x24 deck with a 6 person patio dining set and a view of our cove. There is also a deck off the Master bedroom with a water view. The Master bedroom has an attached bath with granite counter tops and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the four downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a full over queen custom made log bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms downstairs have patio doors that walk out to an 8x16 patio with a view of the cove. The laundry room is located at the bottom of the stairs.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Mon, Mon–Sat, Sat–Sat)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
