TIMES
🕓 Check in anytime after 4pm. Checkout by 10am.
⏰ Early check-in or late checkout: available with advance notice when no other guests check in or out that day. 25% of that night’s rate for up to 3 hours, 50% beyond that.
THE CONDO
🪜 One flight of stairs down from the parking area to the unit’s walkout level, which opens onto the patio. No elevator. If stairs are hard for anyone in your group, plan for that.
🚪 You’ll enter through a shared building hallway, not a private outside door.
👂 Multi-level building. You may hear footsteps from the unit above, and some traffic from the nearby road.
🛌 Top bunk has a 150-pound weight limit. Bunks are for kids 14 and under.
🐜 The property backs up to woods, so insects and wildlife come with the setting. We treat the unit regularly.
🔇 Residential complex. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside. If you smoke, stay at least 25 feet from the building.
⚡ All-electric condo with no gas appliances, so there is no carbon monoxide alarm. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit provided.
💡 Power outages happen occasionally. We’ll pass along restoration times as the electric company shares them.

🧴 Starter supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee pods, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Longer stays or bigger groups may need to restock.
POOL
💦 The community pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and run by the COA. It may close on Tuesdays for maintenance.
PAPERWORK
📝 Property insurance requires a short rental agreement before your stay.
🪪 Primary renter must be 25 or older, present for the whole stay, and provide a government ID.
🛡️ We highly recommend travel insurance. No refunds for weather, illness or other events outside the owner’s control.
SECURITY
📷 A Ring voice and security camera faces the entrance of the condos. No cameras inside the condos.
USE OF PROPERTY
🏠 For vacation and leisure stays only. No commercial equipment, construction materials, work trailers, or heavily soiled work clothing or footwear inside. Unusual cleaning or damage beyond normal residential use is charged to the responsible guest.
