BRANSON PREMIER FALL GETAWAY CONTEST
OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CONTEST PERIOD
Registration opens Friday, May 29, 2026, at 12:00 AM CST and closes June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST (the “Contest Period”). The winner will be announced on July 4, 2026.
Note: All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of BransonPremier.com, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are NOT eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
Participants must have a valid email address and social media (Facebook or TikTok) account to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the contest, participants must complete ALL of the following steps during the Contest Period:

Follow the “Branson, Missouri, USA” Facebook page
Complete and submit the official contest registration form at https://bransonpremier.com/seasonal-contest
LIMIT: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
4. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 4, 2026, by representatives of BransonPremier.com, whose decisions are final and binding.
The winner will be notified via email and/or social media direct message within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification attempt, or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS
Prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Travel to and from Branson, meals (except as specified), parking, gratuities, personal expenses, and any other costs not explicitly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Accommodation dates are fixed for September 20-27, 2026, and cannot be changed or extended.
Winner and guests must comply with all resort rules and regulations.
Gift cards and tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing establishments.
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize components are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the winner.
Unused prize components have no cash value and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or expire unused.
If any prize component becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or property during their stay.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
Potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.
Failure to return required documents within the specified time period, non-compliance with these Official Rules, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The winner may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification.
If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
By entering this contest and accepting the prize, the winner grants BransonPremier.com and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, hometown, biographical information, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
By registering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Branson Premier, including email and SMS messages. Participants may opt out of these marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails, replying STOP to text messages, or contacting us at info@bransonpremier.com
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
BransonPremier.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond BransonPremier.com’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
In the event of a dispute regarding entries, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry will be deemed the entrant.
BransonPremier.com reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of BransonPremier.com, which are final and binding in all respects.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless BransonPremier.com, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions or failures; (c) errors in transmission; (d) technical errors of any kind; (e) unauthorized human intervention; (f) traffic congestion on the Internet or social media platforms; or (g) incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information.
Released Parties are not responsible for injury, death, or property damage resulting from participation in this contest or from acceptance or use of any prize.
11. PRIVACY
All personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used in accordance with BransonPremier.com’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.
