This property has an open living space, an updated kitchen top-notch appliances, and a serene windowed in porch with seating so you can enjoy the view of the golf course and some sun coming through the windows while you relax. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed with its own ensuite and a door to the porch, the ensuite features a jetted tub and removable shower handle. The Guest room features a king bed and has access to the guest bathroom from the room, the guest bathroom features a walk in shower with a removable handle. PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there may be a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.
