Layout

Walk into the open-concept living and dining area from the front door, greeted by playful Mickey & Minnie inspired artwork, a custom fireplace, and a 70" Roku smart TV. The main level features the primary king bedroom — the beloved Beauty & the Beast themed suite — with ensuite bath. Upstairs, you'll find one king bedroom inspired by Peter Pan: Lost in Neverland, along with a whimsical "Under the Sea" bunk room featuring six twin beds, a climbing wall, and a slide. These two rooms share a full bathroom. Downstairs, the Toy Story themed 2 queen suite with ensuite bath, plus the Inside Out-themed theater/game room with ensuite bath and access to the lower deck where the hot tub and sauna await.

🍦 The Funky Scoop Specialty Coffee & Ice Cream Trailer!
Funky Scoop, our onsite coffee and ice cream food truck, will be serving guests on weekends through Labor Day weekend.
📍 Onsite: The truck will be parked near the clubhouse/pool area on scheduled weekends.
🚚 Delivery: When the truck isn't onsite, you can preorder for Saturday delivery directly to the lodge.

*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who 1) check-in early OR check-out after 10 AM are subject to a late check out fee of $100 for every hour. If check-out is past 1 PM, will be charged that night's room fee. This allows our cleaning team to prepare for the next guest!

⛔️Other things to note⛔️

• ✔ We are located in a popular vacation community and there is construction nearby which may result in some noise during working hours.
• ✔ A $70 non-refundable insurance policy to be purchased OR $1000 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
• ✔ The booking guest is required to electronically sign our rental agreement through the Happy Guest portal before check-in.
• ✔ No changes or refunds due to illness, road conditions, or Acts of God (inclement weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, or other events beyond host's control). Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
• ✔ Guests are required to report any issues with cleanliness, items in need of repair, or disruptions to their stay or comfort during their stay and must allow the host the opportunity to rectify the issue. No refunds will be considered for anything reported after checkout.
• ✔ We are unable to accommodate early/late check in due to our cleaner's busy schedule. Guests that stay past our check out time of 10 AM are subject to a late check out fee of $100 for every hour.
• ✔ Motion activated security cameras are present onsite, located at the front door entry and driveway. They record video and audio 24/7 for the security of the property. There are NO cameras pointed at private spaces or inside. Tampering with the cameras will result in a maintenance fee of $50 and visit from our security team.
• ✔ We are proud to offer you the cleanest stay possible and have quilts washed after every guest.
• ✔ This is a lodge in the open. We have monthly pest control treatments both inside and outside of the property. You may encounter bugs/pests during your stay, please bring mosquito spray (if needed).
• ✔ We diligently strive to provide listed amenities to our guests but there may be circumstances that prevent this from happening. All amenities may not be available at all times.
• ✔ Guests must walk up exterior stairs and onto deck in order to reach the front door.
• ✔ Standing on the hot tub cover will result in a $500 replacement charge. Please keep the hot tub covered to prevent damage.
• ✔ Pets are not allowed.

🧯SAFETY:

• ✔ The fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
• ✔ Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors are installed in the Lodge.
• ✔ No Smoking - any sign of smoke will result in a $300 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

❄️ WINTER DRIVING ⚠️

• ✔ Please be mindful that you are renting a lodge in the mountains. Most roads in our area are well maintained but will be curvy, steep and narrow due to being located in the mountains. There are limited streetlights on mountain roads. These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface condition. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.
• ✔ Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather.
• ✔ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.

KEEP🚪DOORS AND 🪟WINDOWS CLOSED

• ✔ It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed when you leave. While the cabin is maintained by a professional pest control service, you may still come across these critters during your stay with us. But please do not be alarmed, it's completely normal. You can help minimize your exposure to these bugs (and keep the air-conditioning inside) by keeping all external doors closed.

PERSONAL SUPPLIES

• ✔ While we are delighted to welcome you into our home at a fraction of the price of a hotel stay, there are some “hotel” features that our lodge doesn't offer. Please bring your own personal care toiletries, condiments, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY

• ✔ Ozark Magic Kingdom comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. For each additional guest beyond this limit, there's a daily fee of $100.
• ✔ Kindly treat this space as a cherished home, not a hotel. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note there isn't continuous on-site assistance.
