The Branson Premier Guarantee is a simple promise: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, the home in the photos is the home you walk into, and if something goes sideways, a real person in Branson picks up the phone.
Booking a vacation rental from four states away asks a lot of a stranger. You are sending money to someone you have never met for a house you have never seen, months before you arrive, and hoping the pictures were honest. Most travelers have a story about the time it went wrong.
This page explains exactly what you get when you book with confidence in Branson through us — what we commit to, where the fine print lives, and what happens when a trip does not go to plan.
What Is the Branson Premier Guarantee?
The Branson Premier Guarantee covers three things on every reservation, on every property in our collection:
- Flexible check-in and check-out. Your times and instructions arrive before you travel, not while you are sitting in the driveway.
- Easy cancellation. Every listing states its cancellation terms before you enter a card number.
- Pristine homes and no to-do list. You leave without a chore chart taped to the fridge.
Behind those three sits a fourth thing that is harder to put on a badge: we are a Branson-only company. We are not a national marketplace with a Branson category. Our office is on State Highway 248, our team lives here, and every property in the collection is within a short drive of someone who can go stand in it.
Are There Hidden Fees When You Book With Branson Premier?
No. All applicable taxes and service fees appear in your cart before you enter any payment information, and the total you see at checkout is the total you are charged.
Nightly rates shown on our listing pages already include taxes and fees, which is why a property reads “from $220 per night, includes taxes and fees” rather than a smaller number that grows on the final screen. You can also hold a reservation for 10% down rather than paying the full stay up front.
There is a structural reason we can usually come in lower than the big platforms, and it is worth understanding because it is not a promotion that expires. We charge property managers substantially less to list with us than the national online travel agencies charge them. That cost does not disappear on the big sites — it gets built into the nightly rate. Our own ongoing rate monitoring puts Airbnb and Booking.com an average of 5% to 15% above us on comparable Branson stays.
Are the Photos and Listings Accurate?
Yes, and there is a system behind it, not just a promise. Every host on our platform is required to use a property management system that syncs availability, rates, and bookings with us in real time, so what you see reflects the property as it stands today, not as it stood last season.
Our terms require hosts to represent their properties accurately and keep photos and descriptions current. Our team also monitors listing photos for accuracy — that is an active check on our side, not a box a host ticks once at onboarding.
A related detail that matters more than people expect: interior cameras are prohibited outright on our platform. Hosts may use exterior security cameras at an entrance, and they must disclose them.
What Is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation terms are set per property and stated on every listing page before you pay. Many of our property managers offer flexible options, and the specific window for the home you are looking at appears in the “Things to know” section of its listing and again on your booking confirmation.
Two live examples from the properties featured below: The Landing Place offers free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. The Taneycomo Cozy Catch Condo offers free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in. Same platform, different owners, different terms — which is exactly why we list the terms instead of making a single claim that would be wrong half the time.
Travel Protection is offered at checkout if you want coverage against the kind of emergency no cancellation window accounts for. Plans change, and we would rather you book the trip than hedge it.
How Does Check-In Work?
Your confirmation email arrives the moment the transaction completes and doubles as your receipt. A free guest account is created for you automatically, so you can pull up the reservation, the receipt, and a message thread with our team at any point.
Detailed check-in and check-out instructions follow a few days before you travel, covering the property, its amenities, parking, and access. On both condos featured below, check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM; times are published on each listing.
If anyone in your group has mobility or accessibility needs, call us before you book at 417-248-1788 rather than after. Some homes are step-free with elevator access, and some are emphatically not, and we would rather match you correctly than apologize later.
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong During Your Stay?
Contact your host first using the number on your booking confirmation. If it is not resolved, call Branson Premier at 417-248-1788 and we will advocate for you until it is. Our local team responds to issues in hours, not days, because we’re here rather than in a queue three time zones away.
Support runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central, with after-hours emergency support always available. You can also message the team directly from the guest portal.
We will pretend nothing ever goes wrong in a house. Water heaters fail on holiday weekends. What we will say is that when it happens, you are not filing a ticket into a void — you are calling people who can be at the property.
Who Is Behind Branson Premier?
A family that ended up here by accident and stayed with a purpose.
In 2017, Matt and Mandy Ramsey took a family road trip through Branson and were struck by the place — the hills, the water, and a community that still ran on neighbors knowing neighbors. They had built businesses before. They started building one here. Mandy passed away in 2023, and her sons and their spouses carried the work forward rather than let it end. Today their youngest son James and his wife Cynthia run Branson Premier day-to-day, with Matt serving as board chairman alongside his full-time work as a pastor.
That history is why the mission statement reads the way it does — hospitality from the heart, consistent quality, clear and honest communication, a family-first mindset, and deep roots in Branson’s local scene. It is also why nobody here calls this a portfolio. It is a collection of homes people actually stay in.
Branson Premier holds an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and has been BBB Accredited since September 2025. We are a proud member of the Branson Chamber of Commerce, and our office is at 1440 State Highway 248, Branson, MO 65616.
